Our client, a motel with 25 rooms in Rogers, AR, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their team. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests by performing laundry duties and cleaning guest rooms. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekend availability.

Our client, a motel with 25 rooms in Rogers, AR, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join their team. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests by performing laundry duties and cleaning guest rooms. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms, such as toiletries and linens, as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to better communicate with diverse guests.
