We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day to day repairs and upkeep of our residents, be experience in general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks and will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on properties
- Conduct repair on plumbing electrical and HVAC system
- Handle basic carpentry painting and drywall repairs
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Respond to tenant's request and work orders in a timely manner
- Oversee and assist with unit turnovers including cleaning and minor renovations
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order replacement as necessary
