We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Hybrid Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will support a legal team in various tasks, including research, documentation, and client communication, while working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including legal research and drafting documents.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties as needed.
Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings.
Prepare and proofread legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal procedures and regulations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., Clio, Westlaw).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
Education
Associate
Experience
1-4 years
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field; certification preferred.
2+ years of experience in a legal assistant role.
