Responsibilities

Oversee the Medical Staff Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs at Portneuf Medical Center, and ensure compliance with applicable Center and regulatory requirements and standards.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating educational or other complex events/activities
  • Prior experience working with accreditation/regulatory guidelines/processes
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, presentations
  • Creativity, problem analysis and decision making
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, patience and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Self directed with ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize overlapping and/or conflicting requests
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to use tact, discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong English proficiency and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff

Preferred Job Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent
