Treasury Coordinator

Overview

The Treasury Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely completion of day-to-day treasury activities for the Treasury function and ensuring Treasury activities follow corporate policies and procedures. The role will work closely with internal staff and serve as a point of contact for field operators in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The essential functions in this job description are not all-inclusive of this position’s duties and responsibilities.

• Assist in banking administration to include daily cash summary, vendor payments, wire transfers, and maintenance of payment templates and payment controls within banking platform
• Act as liaison between the home office, restaurant operators, bank partners, and vendors for the Treasury function
• Assist in supporting new restaurants openings by tracking and setting up required accounts/needs for new locations
• Track cash needs for multiple locations
• Assist in the development of forms, procedures, and work instructions
• Assist with gathering and organizing documentation requested in connection with various audits/requests
• Provide ad hoc analysis/reporting as needed to support business needs.
• Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications is required.
• Previous administrative / office experience preferred.
• Experience with banking/treasury a plus.
• Ability and willingness to be responsive to restaurant cash needs remotely on alternating weekends.
