Under the direction of the Assistant VP - Client Operations Support, this position will drive and is accountable for all facets of new client implementations and the business request process through a project management approach which emphasizes posing analytical questions, coordinating the collection of information, and collaborating with clients for mutual beneficial solutions. In addition, this position approaches the onboarding of new business with a solutions-based mindset and a broad understanding of the nuances and organizational strategies of their business partners. This Implementation Manager (IM) provide research and critical analysis of implementation requirements, business functions and processes in an effort to precisely develop Implementation Project Plans, business rules and functional requirements necessary for the completion of Business Requests and successful new client implementations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary client contact for assigned implementations, projects, requests and issue resolution.
  • Manage, track, document and drive implementations and client project requests to ensure superior service and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's infrastructure, plan maintenance systems and product menu.
  • Prepare and deliver implementation updates to both internal and external audiences.
  • Lead and facilitate conference calls and meetings and provide thorough and accurate status updates on all implementations and projects to the client.
  • Drive new client implementations and business requests by collecting and analyzing data pertinent to the development of the requirements needed to successfully execute the project.
  • Draft and track to the complete Client Implementation Project Plan and manage to the Implementation Tracker.
  • Update all tracking mechanisms and manage to timelines and deliverable deadlines to ensure that the implementation remains on track based on the defined project plan.
  • Identify and engage stakeholders at the appropriate levels to drive holistic solutions through understanding and anticipating client needs.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed timelines and project plans that are tailored to the clients needs and support the implementation effective date.
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs and drive to the best solution for each client.
  • Works independently within guidelines that is outlined in the implementation framework.
  • Act as a strategic partner in collaboration with their client services partners, approaches work with a strategic eye to ensure all solutions are addressed holistically and in alignment with the clients key objectives
  • Effectively and proactively communicate at the highest skill level with internal and external business partners at all levels.
  • Successfully engage in multiple implementations and projects simultaneously showing initiative and self-motivation.
  • Follows PMO standards as articulated in policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a supportive, positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous Client Management Experience preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role preferred.
  • Previous Project Management experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Experience with SharePoint, MS Office Suite (emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project).
  • Proficiency with presentation of data analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented and has the ability to produce work at the highest level of quality.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in high pressure situations and conform to tight deadlines is required.
  • Ability to drive results through project management and logical questioning sequence.
  • Excels at working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to cross-train in several disciplines.
