This is a remote contract role for a Career Coach. As a Career Coach, you will work closely with clients to assess their career goals, provide guidance and support in making career decisions, and develop strategies for career development. You will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, review resumes, assist with interview preparation, and offer valuable insights and advice throughout the job search process.

• Job Coaching, Career Counseling, and Career Development skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing interview preparation and resume review
• Understanding of career exploration techniques and resources
• Knowledge of current job market trends and industry insights
• Ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Certification in career coaching or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, or human resources
