What You’ll Do....

As the Associate Brand Manager, Base Business you will be responsible for assisting the Brand Manager in key near-term (0-2 years) aspects of the KIND business across all product lines.

Brand Planning

  • Support Brand Manager – Base Business on delivery of 2026 brand planning, utilizing market data to back up assumptions.
  • Assist in marketing inputs for annual brand planning & five year long-term planning processes moving forward.

Business Performance Analysis

  • Partner with Brand Manager – Base Business to deliver monthly data reporting to leadership, understanding key drivers of the business to influence strategic decision making
  • Own brand-specific performance analyses to report out monthly, with the opportunity to present findings to KIND Leadership Team, including the CMO
  • Develop key messages on business performance to get cascaded up to Leadership Team
  • Assist in the creation of the monthly business reporting model
  • Create future consumption forecast model to be used across the business

Assortment & Portfolio Strategy

  • Utilize key data to make portfolio recommendations to Brand Manager
  • Create database of all SKUs to evaluate recommendations for discontinuations
  • Partner with Brand Manager & cross functional team to create a roadmap for implementation of new price/pack architecture

Additional

  • Have a passion for data & utilizing it to tell a story
  • Assist in managing marketing budget

You have…

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing or related field
  • A bachelor’s degree – marketing, business, or related field preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, and experience in business performance data analysis
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to manage time & competing priorities

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $71,200 to $89,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
