HVAC Residential Service Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: M-F 7am-4pm (varies) (on call rotation with other techs)

Requirements

Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment

HVAC service: 2 years (minimum)

Valid Driver’s License

HVAC Journeyman Card

EPA Certification

What We Expect

Lead a team of service technicians, provide mentorship and hands-on training.

Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

Evaluates work load and assists dispatchers to schedule service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes efficiencies.

Participate in on-call rotations and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Personally connect with customers, addressing their questions and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
