Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking an Operations Supervisory to join our team of over 1,000 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.
As the Operations Supervisory, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of installation and services within Firetrol Protection Systems, Temple-Waco Branch Office.
Lead and manage a team of technicians and support staff
Plan and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and customer requirements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Monitor and manage project budgets and financials
Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure successful project implementation
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality
Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements
Requirements
Prior experience in a managerial role within the fire/sprinkler industry
Strong knowledge of sprinkler and fire alarm systems and installation practices
Excellent leadership, team building and team management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in relevant industry codes and regulations
