Responsibilities:
- Conducting engagement projects for privately owned middle-market companies, not-for-profit organizations, and government agencies.
- Collaborating with managers and partners in the areas of risk assessment, audit plan programs, and audit reports.
- Building relationships with clients to better understand their business.
- Allocating resources tactfully while working multiple client engagements.
- Identifying issues and recommending creative solutions.
- Pursuing opportunities to provide additional services while pursuing leads and retaining current clients.
- High level of technical audit & assurance proficiency.
- Ability to complete complex engagements, prepare complex financial statements & disclosures, and prepare file documentation for review by managers or partners.
- Ability to coordinate multiple engagements and competing priorities in order to meet deadlines and budgets.
- 2+ years public accounting experience
- Bachelors of Accounting
- Salary: $75,000-$85,000
- Flexible work hours with partial remote option
- Paid holidays, PTO and 4 day work week during June and July of 2023
