As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. Responsibilities

• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Refers customers with additional questions to the appropriate staff member.
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
• Assist with various clerical duties as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
