TOYOTA OF CEDAR PARK IS LOOKING FOR A: Customer Service Representative for our Service BDC

Responsibilities: Customer Service Reps are the main schedulers for vehicle service appointments.

• Handle all phone calls into the service department (high volume of inbound and outbound calls)
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set appointments for vehicle service
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other service personnel and departments promptly
• Speak directly with customers to assist with all inquiries and issues
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available some Saturdays and some evenings.
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Self-motivated, must be able to multi-task (work in different computer screens while on the phone) in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• All applicants must have a valid Texas Drivers License with a clear MVR as well as submit to pre-employment screening to include criminal background check and drug screening
