Solution Engineer (web3 Analytics)

What You'll Do

In this dynamic and customer-facing role, your main focus will be to guide clients through their blockchain journey, demonstrating the value of leveraging decentralized technology for analytics and business intelligence. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Collaborating directly with clients to understand their unique needs, conduct demos, and manage proof-of-value projects.
• Technical Advocacy: Becoming a subject-matter expert in blockchain-based analytics, educating both startup teams and enterprise organizations on its real-world applications.
• Product Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between customer requirements and the product development team to shape future product enhancements.
• Content Creation: Building impactful collateral such as presentations, educational material, demos, and data starter kits to support the growth of the platform.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Contributing to product strategy by developing new concepts and solutions based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Field Engagement: Attending industry conferences and on-site client meetings to represent the company, with travel estimated at 25%.
  
  

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following skills and experiences:

• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of distributed computing systems and blockchain technology, with expertise in at least one or two specific systems related to decentralized networks.
• Customer-Centric Solutions: Proven experience in owning customer relationships, managing technical projects, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Programming Experience: Practical experience with programming in Python, Rust, or other procedural languages.
• Data & Analytics Knowledge: A solid grasp of the crypto industry, including blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and dApps, along with hands-on experience delivering data-driven solutions.
• Communication Mastery: The ability to simplify complex technical concepts into digestible ideas for diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
• Agile Project Management: Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Kanban workflows and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience in distributed data platforms such as Ignite, Spark, or similar large-scale data solutions.
