This position will be responsible for crafting content in various formats, to support technology communications overall, starting with a specific focus on cybersecurity awareness & training. The position will also be responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing cybersecurity awareness campaigns based on the latest cybersecurity best practices, secure behaviors, and threat landscape, and promoting a strong organizational cyber culture.

Job Specific Requirements

• Develop engaging and informative content, communications, and cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives geared towards specific and varying audiences.
• Utilize diverse and original content forms (e.g., articles, posters, board games, videos, flyers, learning modules, etc.) to raise the effectiveness of the content with intended audiences.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of content (e.g., security awareness initiatives in place etc.) through various metrics (e.g., engagement, behavioral etc.).
• Assist with design, development, and implementation of cybersecurity awareness roadmaps.
• Identify and interpret relevant metrics that measure the effectiveness of content.
• Organize cybersecurity awareness events as needed.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Fluency in communicating in the English language both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate complex subject matter in a simple, clear, and concise manner to various stakeholder groups within the organization.
• Project management experience, the ability to plan, manage and maintain multiple time-bound tasks.
• Practical knowledge of different message distribution techniques to ensure effective end user consumption of content.
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Experience as an author, editor, or contributor to literary work.
• A basic understanding of the different concepts of information security and/or risk management. Will Per Diem and Mob/De-Mob expense types be available for this requisition?
