Major Responsibilities:
- Support multiple executives with general Administrative tasks
- Heavy communications with various individuals via composing correspondence and email
- Establish positive and effective relationships with internal and external staff
- Scheduling, coordinate, and attend meetings and events to include preparing agendas and materials
- Produce meeting minutes
- Calendaring for executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process expense reports
- Fill in for the Front Desk Receptionist when needed
- Proofread and edit documents
- Other Administrative duties as needed
The ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of recent, hands-on, and in-depth Executive Assistant experience, and a Marketing background.
Requirements:
- 5 years+ Executive Assistant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research, and databases
- Excellent research, analytical, writing, proofing, presentation, and organizational skills
- Understanding of public relations, Web, publications and media industries
- Adeptness in Calendar Management
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
