About Us:

The Marketing Communications Assistant at Webcraft Stylers supports the marketing team in the development and execution of communication strategies that promote the company's products and services. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, and ensuring that all communications align with the company's brand message. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Create and manage content for the company's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate the execution of email marketing campaigns and track their performance.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visual content for marketing purposes.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Help with the organization and promotion of company events and product launches.
• Monitor social media platforms for engagement, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for future improvements.
• Prepare and edit marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role is a plus.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and email marketing tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design software is an advantage.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
