Job Description

Under the academic manager's supervision, assists in the coordination of all aspects of administration for full-time, adjunct, and affiliated faculty members. Prepares and submits travel expense reports upon completion of trip, based on university policy and procedures. Initiates transactions for purchases and processes faculty reimbursements, including course expenses. Provides calendaring support for faculty leadership within the department (Chairs and Center Directors). Provides administrative support for Curriculum Committee, Doctoral Exam Committee, Seminar/Social Committee, and ad hoc committees including meeting minutes and follow-up. Coordinates administrative core sponsored events on a continual and ad hoc basis. Secures resources, venues, catering, and facilities logistics, following hospitality guidelines. Circulates event invitations, announcements, and surveys. Acts as the contact for event queries and expense management. Complete

associated reimbursements and track transactions. Completes all post-event duties (clean-ups, breakdowns, reconciliations, i.e.). Supports admissions process.

PART TIME POSITION - 100% ONSITE

20-25 hours per week
