Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Site Director to address internal and external business matters.
- Welcome visitors and conduct tours of the Center when necessary.
- Manage maintenance requests and order essential office supplies.
- Provide support to classroom staff as needed.
- Respond to inquiries from parents via telephone or in writing, ensuring accurate communication.
- Maintain an organized and pleasant office atmosphere.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Windows, MS Word, Excel, and database management.
- Diplomatic and tactful when interacting with the public.
- Resourceful, dependable, and endowed with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple requests.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in an educational setting.
- Background in Early Childhood education is required.
- Awareness of the needs of young children and their families.
- Ability to manage complex and multi-dimensional tasks efficiently.
