Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming communication channels such as mail, claims, and phone calls, ensuring accurate distribution to the appropriate departments
• Accurately process invoices received from prescription vendors
• Execute data entry tasks, including entering and filing documents
• Distribute outgoing mail effectively, including standard, priority, overnight and express mail
• Provide backup for Operations Associate on all assigned duties
  
  
  

Communicate effectively with various internal departments

• Carry out other duties as appropriate or assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency in distributing incoming mail and managing correspondence.
• Proficiency in computer data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a system of records and files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
