Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality. As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development process for all games produced at our Greenville, NC studio. From initial build through to the release candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

Job Requirements

• Maintain multiple testing environments, including network and database management.
• Create and maintain a suite of test plans, adapting them for the specific needs of each project in the development pipeline.
• Perform functional testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain a knowledgebase of specific market requirements and test each project for compliance.
• Work closely with developers and artist during the development process to ensure the quality of our products
• Generate reports from Excel, .csv, and JSON files.
• Be self-motivated and have the ability to manage time, sticking to agreed upon deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

Experience and Education

• Associate’s degree in computer science. (Bachelors preferred)
• SQL server database management.
• Atlassian suite experience (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• JetBrains TeamCity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Industry experience preferred.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods of time
• Extensive time in front of LCD’s and Electronic Gaming Machine screens
• Repetitive motion to open heavy Electronic Gaming Machine doors
  
  

Work Conditions

• The ability to move between projects with little notice and the ability to adapt quickly
• Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet project schedules
• Limited travel may be required
