Oxford Solutions has an opening with our client for a Recruiter. This is a 3 to 6 month contract role. Onsite 4 days per week with 1 work from home day per week.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Craft and send recruiting emails
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
- 4+ years of successful experience sourcing and recruiting talent
- 2+ more years of experience using Recruiting/Applicant Tracking Systems
- Workday ATS experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for telecom, engineering and electronics industries preferred
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
