We are excited to partner with our client, a boutique Chicago firm has specialized in providing tax, retirement, investment and estate planning services for over 25 years.
They provide red carpet service for a select client list. They are looking for a serious yet fun loving person to support an Advisor with projects and day to day interaction with high net worth individuals.
Flexibility with hours and days. Salary: $25-$35 per hour commensurate on experience Administrative Assistant Investments
Responsibilities & Duties: completing new account paperwork; maintaining existing accounts; process account transfers, deposits and withdrawals; corresponding with clients; running client reports; scheduling client meetings; preparing client meeting presentations; completing client tasks; using client relationship software to input notes and track the progress on client tasks.
Administrative Assistant Investments- Qualification & Skills: You must demonstrate: Initiative; Accuracy; Positivity; Diligence; Aptitude in working with online databases; and Possess excellent communication skills working with clients and various support teams. 5 years of experience working in the financial services, investment or insurance industry is required. Securities licensing is not required.
