What You’ll Do: As our Health Services Director, you'll be the backbone of our community, working hand-in-hand with the Executive Director and Resident Care Coordinator to ensure our residents receive top-notch care. You’ll dive into the assessment and service planning process, making sure every resident’s unique needs are met. Plus, you’ll provide invaluable training and guidance to our amazing Medication Techs and Caregivers, ensuring our care team is as stellar as our residents!
