We are seeking dedicated Web Chat Agents to facilitate engaging online conversations with customers regarding automotive and recreational vehicle inquiries, including sales, service, financing, and general dealership questions. Our mission is to represent our dealership clients positively, transforming online interactions into meaningful leads that drive revenue from website traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat
• Deliver accurate information about our products and services
• Schedule appointments based on customer needs
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services
• Capture customer contact details for effective lead generation

Qualifications

• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (40 WPM or above is advantageous)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptability to change and enjoyment of a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
