- Design and produce visually compelling digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, website assets, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
- Lead the development of creative concepts from brainstorming through execution, ensuring alignment with JobTread's goals.
- Optimize designs for usability and performance, ensuring consistency in user experience.
- Stay current with design trends and tools to keep JobTread's visuals fresh and innovative.
- Assist with video editing and animation for multimedia campaigns.
- Perform other design-related duties as assigned.
