Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Work closely with the product owner and development team to ensure the successful delivery of features and improvements
- Remove impediments and help the team to work efficiently and effectively
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices and principles
- Monitor and report on team progress, including burndown charts and velocity
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Basis/ GRC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Knowledge of software development processes and tools
