Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interconnection Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Submit and follow up on Interconnection Projects, specifically the 'Permission To Operate' piece of the process.
  • Provide timely updates and request information from customers and sales representatives as needed.
  • Determine requirements of Utility companies for interconnection projects.
  • Prepare and retrieve required missing information for project submissions.
  • Identify and implement fixes for Post PTO (Permission to Operate) projects.
  • Manage and track multiple interconnection projects simultaneously.
  • Liaise between internal teams, customers, and utility companies to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Make application fee payments and properly record the information.
  • Mail letters as necessary for project communication.
  • Reach out to Utility Representatives to determine next steps when they are not apparent.
  • Review CAD/Design documents, utility bills, and agreement documents to ensure proper adherence to the interconnection application process.

  • Highly organized and structured
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate with internal and external groups.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
