Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: MARKETING COORDINATOR

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, between 9am and 5pm, 15-20 hours/wk. Weekends, holidays, and events as needed

Employment Type: Seasonal, November - April

Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a project manager and coordinate internal marketing department tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adept note taker, understand social media, familiar with Wordpress and website management.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist marketing team by managing tasks, schedules and timelines.
• Support marketing content campaigns, including advertising, blog and website.
• Update website with new information on a regular basis.
• Support social media efforts, including calendaring and posting. Respond multiple times daily to social media comments.
• Act as a marketing liaison with other departments to prioritize and facilitate their needs.
• Coordinate project management software across the marketing department. Assign and execute tasks and organize files.
• Organize digital assets
• Manage posters and other printed collateral around the resort
• Execute time-sensitive tasks
• Create VIP itineraries and coordinate visit plans and schedules.
• Pick up collateral materials and supplies from vendors
• Assist in the preparation of collateral items for PR outreach.
• Process and filter inbound press, blogger, influencers, and FAM inquiries.
• Host media tours on property, including skiing/snowboarding on mountain.
• Document local media coverage.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Natural networker who enjoys people and can uncover and tell their unique stories

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, and lift/move up to 20 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to ski or snowboard
• Detail and task-oriented, familiar with project management software (Asana)
• Active on social media and experience in community management.
• Familiarity with Wordpress CMS
• Team player who can assist other team members in a variety of roles and responsibilities.
  
  

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
