Position Responsibilities
- Assist day-to-day network operations, analysis and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain new and existing sites to fit company needs.
- Perform routine adds, moves and changes for network ports and VLANs.
- Enter and manage carrier tickets for service outages.
- Analyze network traffic and utilization and report findings to direct supervisors.
- This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in network engineering or a related IT field.
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP / IP, routing and switching.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Gain professional work experience by executing meaningful business projects.
- Work with a dedicated mentor assigned specifically to you.
