Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the educational direction and administration of the school.
- Create and maintain a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for both students and staff.
- Oversee and implement Parent Involvement Programs and school events to enhance community engagement.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programming and continuous staff development.
- Demonstrated experience in private school administration and Montessori education.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to inspire, guide, and assess a diverse teaching staff.
- Excellent skills in fostering positive relationships within the school community.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- AMS 3-6 Montessori Certification.
- A minimum of three years of classroom experience at the 3-6 year level.
