- Provide support and coaching to employees at all levels on HR practices and processes, utilizing conflict resolution techniques to foster team cohesion.
- Ensure compliance with HR state and federal regulations, updating policies as necessary.
- Support recruitment efforts, coordinating smooth new-hire onboarding across departments for an exceptional first-day experience.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and WPFML.
- Facilitate performance review processes, offering guidance and training to managers and employees.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and files.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and escalate personnel-related issues as needed.
- Process bi-monthly payroll through a third-party service.
- Participate in the Company Safety Committee.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong leadership and training skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.
- SHRM-CP certification is required.
