Junior Project Manager (Remote)

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior project managers to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Manage project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and project teams effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Lead project meetings, keeping teams on track and resolving any issues that arise.
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, including internships or co-ops.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide remote teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar software.
• A PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus but not required.
