Summary

Oversees operational management of physician practices for assigned physician practices. Responsible for ongoing management of all practices within the organization beginning at the time of physician recruitment. Responsible for assisting with developing and ensuring appropriate systems, policies and standards are in place to produce strong financial performance, excellent clinical outcomes and patient, staff and physician satisfaction.

Education

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Master's degree preferred.
  
  

Experience

Essential:

• Five years of progressive practice management experience, including front office billing and collections.
