Medical Receptionist

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE

Location: Largo, FL (33770)

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

About Us:

Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional patient care! We are looking for friendly and professional Front Office Medical Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Verify insurance information and co-pays to ensure smooth processing.
• Utilize EMR systems effectively to maintain accurate patient records.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a medical receptionist.
• Compassionate and able to thrive in a high-stress environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
