Position Summary

The Director of Warranty leads warranty and technical support teams, overseeing warranty claims, customer engagement, and negotiations. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and achieving team objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage warranty projects, including schedules, budgets, and procedures.
• Develop ongoing technical support processes for Tracker projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for warranty program management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess claims and develop remediation plans.
• Negotiate with customers and subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality targets.
• Create standardized documentation for warranty programs.
• Track warranty trends and recommend actions to minimize future claims.
• Oversee team performance, mentorship, and scheduling to maintain high morale.
• Complete necessary training and uphold company policies.
  
  

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage warranty and ongoing support teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 7 years in renewable energy project or construction management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and expense tracking.
  
  

Licenses/Certifications: PMP and OSHA 10 preferred.

Work Conditions

• Environment: Hybrid, with occasional in-office requirements.
• Travel: 30% expected.
