The Industrial Engineer will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and management of engineering projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing methods, operations, and processes. Responsibilities

• Align processes, measurements, standards, and efforts with a primary focus on safety, delivery, quality, and cost.
• Utilize a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, developing cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
• Oversee installation and process improvement projects, driving productivity and technology enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong initiative and willingness to adapt in ambiguous situations, with the ability to influence peers and drive execution.
