Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing complex business processes, with a focus on financial planning and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze intricate cross-functional business processes to define essential business and functional requirements in the form of Features and User Stories.
• Develop key product team deliverables, including business process maps, data flow diagrams, user journey maps, and use case scenarios using industry-standard methodologies.
• Facilitate team backlog refinement, including user story documentation, estimation, and testing considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test cases and act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business stakeholders and the scrum team.
• Engage effectively with senior business stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs, articulate business impact, and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Coordinate activities across business and IT teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Proficient in documentation practices, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and data analysis.
• Experience with agile methodologies and business analysis best practices.
• Familiarity with the IT software development lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
• Knowledge of environmental sustainability processes and technologies.
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe).
