- Position: Executive Assistant III
- Location: Skokie, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4pm
- Required Travel: Limited to travel sites required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital executives, managing their schedules, communication, and appointments.
- Coordinate and manage executive meetings, conferences, and video calls, ensuring effective time management.
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level emails, memos, reports, and documents.
- Ensure all communication is professional and accurately represents the voice and priorities of the executive team.
- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and hospital databases, adhering to healthcare regulations and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and compile reports, data analyses, and presentations for executive decision-
- Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting findings to hospital executives.
- Manage and oversee departmental budgets, track expenses, and prepare detailed financial reports for the executive team.
- Coordinate and manage office equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to lower-level administrative staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Assist in the onboarding of new administrative team members and contribute to their training.
- Handle sensitive and highly confidential information with the utmost discretion, ensuring all matters remain confidential and protected.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Certification: N/A
- Experience: 7+ years of Executive Administrative Experience, preferably in a health care setting.
