• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4pm

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital executives, managing their schedules, communication, and appointments.
• Coordinate and manage executive meetings, conferences, and video calls, ensuring effective time management.
• Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level emails, memos, reports, and documents.
• Ensure all communication is professional and accurately represents the voice and priorities of the executive team.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and hospital databases, adhering to healthcare regulations and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Generate and compile reports, data analyses, and presentations for executive decision-
• Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting findings to hospital executives.
• Manage and oversee departmental budgets, track expenses, and prepare detailed financial reports for the executive team.
• Coordinate and manage office equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to lower-level administrative staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Assist in the onboarding of new administrative team members and contribute to their training.
• Handle sensitive and highly confidential information with the utmost discretion, ensuring all matters remain confidential and protected.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Certification: N/A
• Experience: 7+ years of Executive Administrative Experience, preferably in a health care setting.
