As an Associate Veterinarian, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and reliable care to our beloved pets and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets.
- Support families in navigating end-of-life decisions with empathy and understanding.
- Foster relationships with local veterinary clinics to enhance community collaboration and extend exceptional care to pets.
- Meet physical job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Demonstrated compassion in patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in guiding families through sensitive end-of-life decisions.
- Experience with in-home euthanasia and hospice care is preferred.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Active veterinary license in good standing.
- Relevant experience in veterinary practice, particularly in hospice care, is preferred.
