We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department (ED) team. In this critical role, you will provide exceptional patient care during night shifts, ensuring each patient receives the highest standard of medical attention in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff to manage patient care.
- Conduct triage and make critical care decisions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and obtain required certifications within six months of hire.
- Strong clinical expertise in emergency nursing.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in patient assessment and triage techniques.
- Familiarity with emergency protocols and procedures.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN is preferred.
- Current Florida RN license or appropriate compact licensure.
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in an Emergency Department or ICU setting preferred.
- BLS Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is mandatory.
- CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification is required within six months of hire.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary range: \(30 - \)42 (maximum based on 17 years of experience).
- Night shift differential: $4.50 per hour.
- Weekend differential: $2.00 per hour.
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for candidates with one year of acute experience.
- Relocation assistance is available based on distance, pending HRVP approval.
