Position: Vice President of Claim Operations

Location: Torrance, CA

Compensation: \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings

We are actively seeking a seasoned executive leader to take the helm of our claims operations as the Vice President of Claim Operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this influential position is responsible for advancing operational excellence across our claims functions, including the management of adjusting and field claim operations. The VP of Claim Operations will play a critical role in ensuring claim performance aligns with service standards while enhancing employee and network satisfaction, as evidenced by Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Managing costs in relation to budget, this leader will cultivate a culture of accountability within our claims teams.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation package of \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE)
• Base salary of \(175k with performance-based bonuses of up to \)30k quarterly, uncapped
• 401k with a 10% match, available after 1 year of service
