Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative individual to own our email marketing operation and drive lead process improvements. This role is pivotal in driving sales efficiency and generating qualified leads through email marketing and process improvements.

Location: Eastern, United States (Home Office)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
  • Build and segment email lists for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Create compelling email content and conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance.
  • Optimize email content, subject lines, and calls to action for improved performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales development team to identify and implement process improvements for lead engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Oversee automation platforms and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing and sales efficiency.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, with a focus on email marketing and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
