Schedule: M-F, 8a - 5p | Hybrid: Mon - Tue (in-office) Wed - Fri (Remote)

Job Summary

The Onboarding Coordinator manages all functions of the pre-employment process and prepares new hires to start employment. The Coordinator collaborates with HR team members to ensure excellent customer service, accurate and timely information management, and compliance with employment requirements.

• Supports new hires throughout the pre-employment process; provides accurate and timely information and follows up as needed to ensure an efficient pre-employment experience
• Tracks and reports the pre-employment status of new hires; manages the flow of internal and external communication and ensures that timelines are met
• Manages various pre-employment activities including document collection and review, and HRIS data entry requirements
• Manages the provider enrollment and background screening processes and ensures the accurate submission of data and documents into enrollment and screening databases
• Manages revalidations and renewals within assigned enrollment and screening databases
• Provides administrative support to the New Hire Orientation process as assigned
• Manages HR administrative tasks such as name badge creation, company driver approvals, etc.
  
  

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of administrative support experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous provider enrollment/credentialing experience
• Previous HR administrative experience
  
  

Salary Description

$18-$22/hour dependent on applicable experience
