Leading this dynamic brand idea and driving our OGIO business into new territories will be our new Director of Brand Marketing. This skilled storyteller and exceptional leader will establish the future state strategic direction for the marketing organization, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration that drives exceptional performance, impact, and quality from every team member.

The ideal candidate for this role is a talented marketer with a passion for golf, travel, and the active lifestyle that OGIO embodies. They are a strategic thinker capable of seamlessly blending the art of storytelling with customer insights, team leadership, and financial acumen. This individual will inspire a team of creators to deliver cutting-edge approaches to marketing across both offline and online channels, skillfully navigating through retail, print, web, mobile, PR, and social media platforms to elevate the OGIO brand on a global scale.

Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global marketing strategy and brand positioning for launching products to golfers and travelers worldwide.
  • Execute innovative marketing plans encompassing content creation, graphic design, eCommerce, retail operations, and brand marketing.
  • Collaborate with global teams on regional brand campaigns and introduce new products effectively.
  • Drive digital strategies for brand presence on various platforms and ensure brand consistency through internal design teams.
  • Manage external agency partnerships and leverage market insights for identifying opportunities and threats.
  • Evaluate competitor strategies with the Analytics team and oversee marketing budgets for the Americas and globally.
  • Develop content strategies for all product categories and present Go-To-Market plans to senior leadership.
  • Build and motivate a high-performing team focused on brand support, efficiency, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Handle other relevant duties as needed.


Education, Training, Professional Certification And Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or another related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business with a proven track record as a senior marketing leader with best-in-class, fast moving, consumer-focused companies where marketing was the defining driver of success.
  • Experience with brands within multiple categories and distributed through multiple channels within a corporate environment, where there is a consistent image and message.
  • Experience working with retail partners in developing and executing marketing strategies based on customer needs.
  • Extensive demonstrated success managing high functioning teams, both directly and cross-functionally.

  • Strategic planning skills with hands-on experience in P&L management.
