Evolus, Inc. is a performance beauty company focused on providing physicians and their patients with expanded choices in medical aesthetic treatments and procedures. We are seeking an eager & creative Social Media Marketing Specialist. This individual will report to the Sr. Manager, Social Media and Influencer Marketing and be responsible for creating and executing organic and paid social media campaigns that launch an exciting new product offering from Evolus to both healthcare provider and consumer audiences.If you are looking for an opportunity to showcase your social media abilities while growing your knowledge, then look no further! Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:

• Plan, develop and implement social media campaigns that support brand strategy
• Manage the social media content calendar for social media campaigns that launch our new dermal filler
• Collaborate with product marketing team members to identify ideas for future social media campaigns that support their business objectives
• Deploy social media posts using our social scheduling platform
• Monitor social media performance
• Community management: manage community playbook, engage with community, build relationships and source UGC to foster a growing online community
• Support the content creation for websites and landing pages that are the destination site for social media campaigns
• Ensure timely submissions of all proposed content to internal Promotional Review Board
  
  

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or digital media.
• Experience implementing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram/Meta and YouTube.
• Ability to act independently and be resourceful in approach to problem solving.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with your peers on the internal creative, regulatory, project management, digital enablement, analytics’ teams to ensure your social campaigns are executed well and reporting data is shared back with the team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire and track record of setting goals & surpassing them.
• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, agency or in-house – experience in Fashion, Beauty or Wellness a plus!

• Office location – Newport Beach. Hybrid schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office; remote optional Monday and Friday
• This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Social Media & Influencer
• Occasional travel required up to 20% to staff social media shoots, attend sales and customer meetings
  
  

Compensation & Total Rewards:

This is an exempt position. The expected pay for this position is $62,500 - $78,000 annually. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
