This position operates and maintains microtome and tissue processing equipment to provide optimum quality slides and assists with quality management and inventory duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Organizing workload
- Accessioning specimens
- Tissue embedding, cutting, and staining
- BS in Biology or related field
- 1+ years of histological work experience including FFPE tissue sectioning and frozen tissue sectioning
- Must be able to verbally demonstrate an understanding of basic histology principles
