Sentry Ford Lincoln of Medford is seeking an experienced Deal Processor to join our office and accounting team! If you are looking for a full-time opportunity in an automotive accounting role, please apply and be a contributing and valued member of our accounting department team.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong level of organizational skills, an eye for detail, the ability to multitask, be a team player, and very dependable.

Responsibilities

Daily posting of new and used car deals

Verify that funds have been collected

Sales Consultants weekly payroll-commissions

Reconcile all incentives and floor plan

Stock in new vehicles

Review and clean accounting schedules

Posting and reconciling of extended warranties

Other office tasks as assigned

EVR Backup

Qualifications

Prior automotive industry experience preferred

Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)

Knowledge of CDK or equivalent

Proficient communication and organizational skills

Ability to follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner· .
