Pay Rate: 60-70/hr.

Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00), Hybrid (50% Onsite/Travel - 50% Remote)

Job Duties

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of advanced Philips Monitoring Systems across our healthcare network.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing large-scale technology projects within an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), focusing specifically on Philips monitoring systems and their architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Implementation of Philips Monitoring Systems: Oversee the deployment of primary systems, including:

• eICU
• PIC iX
• Revision 4
• MP to MX monitor conversions
• Installation of Philips IBE
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies and project plans for enterprise-wide deployment.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge in technical project management within an IDN setting.
• Extensive experience with Philips monitoring systems architecture and software.
• Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-level deployment strategies for Philips monitoring technology.
• Project Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, cross-functional teams. Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Skilled in fostering collaboration and alignment among diverse teams.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical project management within the healthcare industry.
• Specific experience with Philips monitoring systems implementation is highly preferred.
• Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management processes including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean management systems and PMI standards.
• Ability to use standard project management tools effectively.
  
  

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, or a related field.

Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
