Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach who is deeply familiar with a variety of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and has a proven track record of working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach who is deeply familiar with a variety of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and has a proven track record of working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Development of agile processes, ensuring they align with strategic goals and objectives.
- Coach across the organization in adopting Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe principles and practices, ensuring that they are understood and enacted.
- Implement effective agile metrics that track progress and performance, providing visibility and transparency across the organization for outcome-based teams.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience working in an Agile environment with at least 5 years as an Agile Coach with a strong background in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Certification in Agile Coaching (e.g., ICP-Client, CEC) and/or SAFe (e.g., SPC, RTE) is highly desirable.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile project management tools, and agile/lean metrics.
- Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and managing resistance to change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
